engines bucks at low speeds

i just bought a 2022 outlander 650 xt with 1 hour. it runs great at high speeds but when driving at 9 miles and hour or less it bucks like a bull until you give it more more throttle then it runs smooth. dealer said this was normal but it doesn't feel normal.
any ideas?

I bought this 650 mostly because it was the ONLY thing in CanAm I could get within a reasonable period. I originally set out to buy a Outlander XT-P 850, thinking since I am a big guy, I needed at least that. I "settled" on the 650 and I have no regrets WHATSOEVER. For the money I saved, I could ... put into extras and other things and MAN does this thing have serious power and I absolutely love this thing. I'm glad I started with this 650, because if I feel like I need additional power and want to upgrade in a few years, I will appreciate the step up. I am so glad I went CanAm and not Kawasaki, Honda or Suzuki or even Yamaha... This thing has some SERIOUS power and speed!
